Object of research: processes of cash flows management of enterprise. Purpose of re-search: development of complex of mechanisms of cash flows management of enterprise that provide increase of adaptive characteristics of its financial system, its stable functioning and, as a result, enterprise development. Methods of research: financial management, adaptive con-trol, decision-making theory, systems analysis, imitation design, graphs theory, multicriterion optimization set theory. Results: conception of the adaptive cash flow management system is developed; the complex of mechanisms of adap-tive cash flow management of enterprise is de-veloped the complex includes: mechanism of cash flow optimization, mechanism of financial state of enterprise estimation, methods of enter-prise management automation; the simulation model of financial system management estima-tion is developed; the experiment on application of cash flow management recommendations at the public company "Kherson combines" is conducted.
