Zakhartchouk A. Features of clinical current of purulent - inflammatory diseases of soft tissue at the addicts.

The dissertation is devoted to urgent questions of diagnostics and treatment purulent - inflammatory diseases of soft tissue at the addicts. The results of inspection and treatment 67 addicts with purulent - septic complications of injecting addicts (PSCIA), from them 36- with located wound infection (LWI) and 31 - with sepsis (basic groups) and 58 patients with purulent - inflammatory diseases of soft tissue (36 - with LWI and 22 - with sepsis), at which the development of disease was not connected with injections of drug (control groups) are investigated. In comparative aspect the estimation of a degree of infringement in system a lipid peroxidation - antioxidative defence (LP-AOD) at the addicts with LWI and sepsis is given. The diagnostic opportunities of research serotonergic system and monoaminoxygenase (MAO) at the addicts are appreciated. The interrelation between serotonin-melatonin system, activity MAO and antioxidative protection at the patients with PSCIA is determined. The most effective ways allowing carrying out purposeful correction of infringements in LP-AOD and serotonergic systems are proved. For purposeful correction of processes of peroxidation, neuromediatory infringements at the addicts with PSCIA the domestic preparation "Antral" is used. On the basis of results of the carried out researches for wide clinical practice a number of the measures allowing effectively correct unduly activated processes of peroxidation and neuromediatory infringement, unduly activated the processes, with PSCIA is offered.
