Shmygal I. The comparative appraisement of the results of the operative treatment of patients with liver's volumentrical formation.

In the dissertation work are analysed results of the operative treatment 98 patients with volumetrically formation (the no-parasitic cysts of the liver (n=39), non-malignant tumours of the liver (n=30), malignancies liver (n=18) and ehinokokosis cysts of the liver (n=11)), with using traditional laparotomic and modern mini-invasive technologies . It is handled 98 (100%) sick moreover laparotomic interference applying beside 62 (63,3%) sick, mini-invasive interference - beside 81 (82,5%). Dissertation work define theoretical on diagnostics and treatment of the volumetrically formation liver and decision of the new scientific problem - the alternative amongst the known methods of the treatment, modern mini- invasive, to cure organon, bloodless, but function sufficient operation, on base of the study of the change the factors POL, AOP, BCB. The сertain place and role interventional sonografy in process of the diagnostics and treatments sick with volumetrically formation. The proved advantage ofthe operative treatment at presence before operation installed morphological diagnosis. The proved efficiency of the method interventional sonografy in the treatment sick with no-parasitic cyst small sizes, as well as not having relationship with liver channel. The proved safety and efficiency of the using interventional sonografy in diagnostics and treatment ehinokokosis cysts liver, non-malignant tumours and malignancies.
