Essay

Object of study: the second condensation sector of synthetic am-monia productions. Purpose of study: the efficiency and economy increase of ammonia production by creation of the system of the circular gas cool process. Methods of study: passive experiment, physical-and-chemical analyses, mathematical modeling. Theoreti-cal, practical and actual value: the scientific motivations of the ne-cessity of presser distribution in absorption refrigerator were given and presser indexes were determined. The joint investigation heat-and-mass exchange processes in absorber were carried out. The equation of active surface part was obtained. The extreme charac-ters of dependency for absorbed cool agent on hydrodynamic re-gime of solution and phlegm drain process influence on the cooling in evaporator were determined. The synthesis of the system of the cool process was realized by the low potential heat utilization. De-gree of application: applied in state enterprise "Azot"in Severo-donezk; in the scientific-and investigatory institute of mineral fertil-izers and pigments in Sumi; in NTU "KPI" and The Ukrainian state academy of railway transport.
