Mashinets N. Prediction, early recognition and treatment of the noncarrying of pregnancy

Dissertation discourses the developing of new criteria of forecasting and early recognition of the noncarrying of pregnancy, using revealed abnormal changes of the central and vegetative nervous system, lowering hormones rate of the fetoplacental magnesium complex in а blood serum. There was introduced а course of а complex therapy of the noncarrying, using vaginal suppositories with а magnesium contained mineral - bishofit. During the experiment there was discovered that local application of suppository mass with bishofit doesn't bring on abnormal changes of the pregnant rats' internals and promotes uterus' blood supply increasing. There was showed а high effectiveness of treatment that is realized by the pregnancy prolongation and term labor, decreasing gestation and perinatal complications against of decreasing pathological dysfunctions of the central and vegetative nervous systems, functioning normalization of the fetoplacental complex by the present hormone, metabolic and cardiotokography methodsof analysis.
