Sirenko N. Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Anticrisis Development of Agricultural Enterprises in Region

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical questions of the organizational and economic mechanism of anticrisis development of the agricultural enterprises in the region. The generalization of the theoretical and methodological approaches as to the formation of the effective organizational and economic mechanism of anticrisis development of the agrarian enterprises has been made. The activity of the agricultural enterprises has been analysed, diagnostics of the crisis condition of the agricultural enterprises in the region has been carried out. The efficiency of the modern organizational and economic mechanism of anticrisis development of the agricultural enterprises in the region has been estimated. On the basis of diagnostics of the crisis stage and the analysis of modern condition of the organizational and economic mechanism of anticrisis development of the agricultural enterprises, the basic directions for the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism and elements have been worked out, on which the improvement will be directed. The methodological approaches to the formation of the productive organizational and economic mechanism of anticrisis development as uniform integrity are reasonable, the strategy of anticrisis development of the agricultural enterprises and adequate organizational and economic mechanisms of maintenance of their realization have been developed taking info consideration the stage of the crisis situation, life cycles of organization, innovation of potential of the enterprise.
