Essay

On the basis of complex clinical neurological, neurophysiological, neurovisual research the dissertation presents new and gives more profound ideas of the existing data on peculiarities of clinical neurological disorders at chronic acquired toxoplasmosis. The dissociation between the various clinical manifestations and expression of the complaints in the patients with chronic acquired toxoplasmosis has been established. The attention was paid to the correlation of the functional disorders of bioelectric brain activity and polymorphism of neurological disorders at chronic acquired toxoplasmosis. The detailed study of clinical neurological disorders at early stages at the patients with chronic acquired toxoplasmosis allowed to describe syndromal structure, neurophysiological and immunology correlates. The applied complex approach allowed to ground scientifically the therapy which permits to include in the necessary time not only antiparasite agents but also non-specific agents to improve the functional effect on the various parts of nervous system (depending on the character of the revealed neurological disorders ) in the patients with chronic acquired toxoplasmosis.
