Essay

General theoretical and practical problems of sovereignty of state, people and nation are researched in this thesis. Historical mechanism of sovereignty idea development is exposed. Definition of state's sovereignty is formulated; its main principles are characterized. Factors that influence on the change of state's sovereignty understanding in modern conditions are analyzed. Influence of world processes of globalization is explored on state's sovereignty transformation.
