The dissertation is devoted to development of the scientifically-grounded eco-nomic mechanism of managing in an agriculture. The essence and features of forma-tion of the mechanism managing in an agriculture is investigated and its synchronous interaction with the mechanism of managing regional аgrosystem is determined. The economic - statistical model of optimization of the sizes of the agricultural enterprises is developed. Perspectivity of development of new model managing in an agricul-ture - the unitary agricultural enterprise is proved. The mechanism of ratio and inter-action of cooperation and the market is determined with the purpose of distribution of cooperation connections between manufacturers and consumers of production. Effi-ciency of an agricultural production is analysed by different organizational - legal forms of managing. It is established the reasons of decrease in parameters of effi-ciency of an agriculture and development bigparty manufactures is proved.
