The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of building communicating skills of the senior students at a school of a new type (specialized one) at the Rhetoric lessons. The pedagogical techniques of forming communicating skills of the students of the 8-11-th forms at a school of a new type at the Rhetoric lessons have been proved theoretically and experimentally. The program suggests gradual division of the teaching material which gets more complicated in accordance with age peculiarities and the level of the preparation of students.
