The bases of economic development of agrarian sector are researched on the ground of integrity and cooperation. The analysis of agrarian prodaction system has been conducted on the level of various forms of economy system. The fundamentals of economic relations on the food market have been completed. The structure of marketing activity under conditions of integrity in agrarian sector is defined. The tendencies of state support in the develoment of economic relations in agrarian sector are researched. Economic and organizational mechanism of formation and function of agro-industrial financial groups is defined.
