Essay

This dissertation is based on data of examination of patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation. General purpose of this investigation had been established as changes of platelet haemostasis activity correlated with an amount of cardiac troponin T for antitrombothic actions optimization. Positive effect of simvastatin prescription as a additional drug which had been administrated with standard antitrombothic therapy has been shown. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions
