Konko D. Clinical and immunological peculiarities of subacute salpingo-oophoritis and its combined treatment with use of hemocord.

Object of the study: Subacute inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages. Purpose of the study: To specify the clinical immunological and hematological features of subacute salpingo-oophoritis (SSO) and to determine the efficacy of Hemocord in complex therapy for in-flammatory processes in the uterine appendages. Methods of the study: Clinical laboratory, bacterioscopic, bacte-riological, ultrasound, immunological, statistical methods. Practical significance: It was proven that the used method of im-munological and hematological correction with the use of Hemo-cord improved the immune and hematological state, promotes effi-cacy of conservative antitumor treatment, reduction its duration, prevents complications and relapses in patients with subacute sal-pingo-oophoritis. The obtained clinical laboratory data expanded the information about the biological properties and mechanisms of clinical action of Hemocord. Novelty of the obtained results: Based on the research the characteristics of the clinical course, etiology, character, role and degree of immune and hematological disorders in inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages, which allowed to optimize the treatment tactics of this group of patients. For the first time, the expediency of Hemocord administration for correction of immune and hematological disorders and prevention of relapses in women with inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages was substantiated. Clinical, hematological and immunological efficacy of Hemocord application in complex antitumor therapy for subacute salpingo-oophoritis was proven. Introduction: The developed complex method of treatment for inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages with the use of Hemocord was introduced into practice of gynecology departments of maternity hospitals No. 1< 5, 7 and hospital No. 3 (Kharkiv), Regional Center for Family Planning and Human Reproduction (Kharkiv). The theoretical ideas and practical recommendations of the work are used in the teaching process of obstetrics and gynecol-ogy department of Kharkiv State Medical University, Kharkiv Medical Academy for Post-graduate Training.
