Geraskina L. Improvement methods of preventive maintenance and treatment of pregnancy complications at mother and a fruit izoserologic incompatibility blood

The dissertationt is devoted to the questions of increasing the efficiency of specific preventive maintenance of Rhesus factor - disputed pregnancy and the treatment of com-plications of pregnancy at isoimmune incompatibility of blood of mother and a fruit. Some pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of pregnancy complications at izoserologic incompatibility of blood of mother and a fruit: depend on the dysfunction of endoteliy, deficiency of estriol and placentary lactogen. In view of the revealed pathoge-netic mechanisms of the development of placentary insufficiency at pregnant women with isoimmune incompatibility of blood of mother and a fruit the complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions is developed. The treatment of pregnant women with the method of transplantation of heterogeneous cryoconservative a tissue of placenta promoted a signifi-cant improvement of the immun-hormonal status. The results of the carried out researches testify about clinical efficiency of the devel-oped actions which have resulted in decrease of the frequency of complications, the im-provement of a functional condition of endoteliy and outcomes for the pregnant woman and a fruit.
