Essay

The thesis is devoted to the questions of optimization of diagnostic and medical-rehabilitation measures in children with function dyspepsia and chronic gastritis on a background food allergy. In work there are trained features of clinical motion, vegetative nervous system, endoscopy and cytomorphology pictures of mucus shell of stomach, lipid peroxydation reactions and antioxydant defense in a blood and gastric mucus, the state of immunity at children with functional dyspepsia or chronic gastritis and food allergy. The given features are the informing markers of allergic process at pathology gastroduodenal zone in children and are laid out as differential-diagnostic tables. The developed therapeutic algorithm was approved and allowed to promote efficiency of medical-rehabilitation measures on functional dyspepsia and chronic gastritis.
