In dissertational work questions of development of theoretical and methodological approaches to formation and development of network structures of suppliers of services, and also scientifically - the proved practical recommendations concerning improvement of ways of an estimation of factors that influence development of network structures are investigated. As a result of research it is established, that in a modern science concerning problems of formation and development of network structures the certain vacuum was formed. The author gives own definition to concept network structure, network interaction. Making developments of network structures which essence is aimed at the individual are stated The organizational - economic model of an estimation of efficiency development of network structures is developed on the basis of the relative aggregate profit. Methodical bases of formation emergy are offered to a network with which help it is possible to prove, that the network exists.
