In this thesis following problems are under research: the issues of definition of the subject of pledge in case of pledge of securities, the peculiarities of the pledge of non-documented securities and documents of title, the problem of correlation between the agreement of pledge of bills of exchange, pledge endorsement, the realization of the pledged securities.
