Zvonar P. Optimization of recovery therapy of patients with myocardial infarction and renoparenchimal hypertension

Object - 163 patients with myocardial infarction; aim - increasing therapeutic efficacy of patients with myocardial infarction and renoparenchimal hypertension, elaboration and inculation of clinical diagnostic and medical algorithm; methods - clinical, laboratory, instrumental, immunoenzyme; innovation - peculiarities of acute coronary syndrome and recovery period of patients with renoparenchimal hypertension after myocardial infarction were studied over. Possibility of higher efficacy of complex treating scheme by recurrent courses of quercetin during first 3-6 months of recovery period was demonstrated. Clinical efficacy of therapy including irbesartan, betaxolol and usefulness of their combination with quercetin was stated. Results - individual medicament protocols of recovery period of patients with myocardial infarction and renoparenchimal hypertension were developed and approbated. And this is crucial for increasing efficacy of treatment, prevention of complications and shortening period of disablement.
