This thesis is dedicated to improve accounts receivable planning system for forwarding services for a purpose of increasing transportation profitability in terms of accepted level of liquidity loss risk in the forwarding company. The conception of the account receivable planning for forwarding services, model planning the parameters of credit policy, model realizing of credit policy and practical foundation had been developed.
