Dissertation deals with comparison of clinical instrumental and biochemical parametres in young patients with cerebral ischemias and development of preventive measures considering the revealed changes. The carried research identified the factors influencing on the course and results of cerebral ischemias in young patients; revealed the characteristic clinical signs, peculiarities of hemostasis parameters and lipid exchange depending on the type of cerebral ischemia. It has been established that antiphospholipid syndrome and metabolic X-syndrome influence infavourably on the course and results of cerebral ischemias in young patients. The correlation analysis of the severity degree, hemostatic and lipid exchange findings has been carried out. Tactics of secondary prevention for in young patients.
