Essay

Complex investigation of 124 patients in Ukraine and 360 in the Kingdom of Qatar with hypertensive disease I-III st. revealed accumulation of neuronal microorganic changes at the level of brain cortex and steam in consequence of cerebrovascular crisis. It's stated that processes causing stenosis in HD may be due to secondary deformation of vessels. Comparison of the level of HD spreading, of frequency of depressive states and vegetative dysfunctions in Qatar and Ukraine has shown importance of the stress factor in HD both in Qatar and Ukraine. The influence of environmental factors in development of HD is likely to be modified by religion and mentality. Ethnic factors and region of residence cannot be viewed as leading components in development of HD complications.
