Rybin A. Differentiated approach to the endometrial hyperplasia treatment

Dissertation is dedicated to the reproductive and perimenopausal age patients with the endometrial hyperplasias treatment efficacy increase. On the basis of comparative analysis the criterion of the patients with the endometrial hyperplasia selection for conservative or endosurgical treatment were determined in the first and second stages of the investigation. There were: moderate and weak activity of the nitric oxide in the uterine mucosa – for the conservative treatment with the hormonal preparations of gestagenic group, and tracked or absence of activity of nitric oxide in the uterine mucosa – for hysteroscopic endometrial ablation. This elaborated method of differentiated usage of either conservative (using gestagens) or endosurgical (using hysteroscopic endometrial ablation) treatment of women with the endometrial hyperplasias gives the possibility to increase the hormonal and endosurgical treatment of the given pathology efficacy on 62.1% and 15.1% correspondingly.
