Subjects - 128 females with complicated urogenital chlamydiosis; objectives - aim of this study was to increase the efficiency of the treatment of women with complicated urogenital chlamydiosis on the basis of investigations of the immune status of the patients, the clinico-pathogenetic features of the disease as well as the development of pathogenetically grounded methods of therapy and their application to clinical practice; methods - clinical, laboratory, immunologic; innovations - it was for the first time that the changing of levels of IL-3, IL-4, IL-6 were shown in complex as well as their dynamics during the course of treatment, the original method of the complex therapy was elaborated for the treatment of women with complicated urogenital chlamydiosis and introduced into the teaching process and clinical medicine; field of science - medicine.
