Dissertation is dedicated to a problem of prognostics and early diagnostics of preeclampsia among pregnant women with anemia by prognostic system creation of complication development based on the study of clinical, ferrokinetic, cytokinetic indices of homeostasis. The research work shows interconnection of an iron exchange disorder with the cytokinins production Th-1 of the answer and the preeclampsia development during the pregnancy both complicated and uncomplicated by anemia. High level TNFа dependence on severe case of genesis development is discovered. It was established that anemia does not increase the risk of preeclampsia and ferruginous preparations intake in a course dose more than 5.5 g is one of the factors of complications development. The Scientifically founded and developed system of preeclampsia prognostics among pregnant women with anemia based on complex examination and establishment of clinico-hematologic and ferrokinetic-cytokinetic criteria let prognose correctly the gestosis devel-opment in 97%.
