Dissertation is devoted to the study of health status of cadets in military lyceum and factors having influence on it. It was represented that environmental conditions and educational process organization, medical and social support, correspondence of microclimatic conditions to physiological peculiarities of teenager's organism have dominant influence on formation of health status, psycho-physiological functions and personality.
