3. The research object of the dissertation work is the process of teaching and knowledge control. The aim of research is the rising of self-education process efficiency by consideration of individual capabilities of educational process participants using the progressive information technologies of distance learning. For the solving of the given tasks the methods of systems analysis, theories of probability, the theories of unclear set, statistical reception control of quality, and also methods of testing were used. The scientific innovation of the got results consists of the following: for the first time the system model of computer education process is got, which differs from existing ones by putting in order the mastered educational material by knowledge structurization during organisation of self-education process and consideration of individual capabilities of users. The statistical method of single reception control on the quality basis by its modernisation and distribution on the process of knowledge evaluation is improved. The methods of qualimetry at forming of knowledge evaluation metrics by introduction of the generalised scale of order have been got further development. The practical value of the got results consists of the following: the instrumental means of computer educational system, which permit to design educational courses for technical disciplines, are developed. The results of dissertation research are used in four organisations and in educational process of the National Aerospace University.
