Shatilo V. Theoretical problems of the presidentship institution in Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to the theoretical problems of the presidentship institution in Ukraine. The concept and peculiarities of the presidentship institution are defined as a form of the head of the State; the lawful principles of the presidentship institution in independent Ukraine are characterised; the theoretical approach as to the place of the President of Ukraine in the wheels of State, the problems of the President's functions and power and their correlation with other supreme State authorities' functions and power are analysed. The system of factors that influence greatly on the development of the presidentship institution in Ukraine is analysed in the thesis. It is defined that the system of factors in its narrow and wide conception influences on the functioning and development of the presidentship institution in Ukraine. The system of factors in its wide conception includes objective factors; political, economic, social and cultural factors are the factors of primary importance.
