Opanasyuk N. Constitutional - legal basis of tourism activity in Ukraine.

The dissertation researches constitutional-legal basis of tourism activity in Ukraine as a guaranty for realization by individual its rights and freedoms during tourism travels (right for freedom, movement, recreation, health protection, safe environment for life and health, satisfaction of spirit demands, participation in cultural life, as well as the right for access to the cultural values, business activities, etc.), theoretical and practical aspects of tourism growth and development. The definition of tourism and the right for tourism activity in all its forms, contents and legal nature is researched. The main elements of constitutional-legal basis of tourism activity in Ukraine are defined and analyzed in this dissertation. The Ukrainian system and rules of tourism legislation are specified and researched in respect of its correspondence to the Constitution of Ukraine, current legislation, new world tendencies in tourism legislation and practice of its implementation. Taking into considerationthe constitutional norms, the proposals for improvement of Ukrainian tourism legislation and mechanism of its implementation are made.
