Object of research - mapping of a plane onto surfaces. The purpose of research - to develop an analytical means of inverse mapping. Methods of researches - analytical, graphic. Practical value - shaping of the image on a plane and drawing him on a surface. Scientific novelty - further development of shaping ornaments; for the first time: dot mapping of a plane onto a surface, was obtained the final functions of mapping, programs of visualization of graphics images with their carrier; are decided the inverse tasks of a bending on a plane of unrolled surfaces, conformer mapping of an orbs on a plane, spherical mapping of surfaces. The outcomes are introduced on ВАТ Рутченківський a factory "ГОРМАШ". Area - machine-building, art and application decorative art.
