Essay

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of peculiarities of changes in patients with multiply sclerosis in order to optimise pathogenetic substantiative preventive - treating measures. It was found out that most of the patients with Multiply Sclerosis have low mineral density of bone tissue and the incidence of osteodeficiency among these patients is much more higher than physiological loss of bone tissue. A method of early loss of bone tissue diagnosis in patients with MS by means of two-photon absorbtiometry was proposed. The program of complex therapy takinginto considiration the state of bone tissue and usage of immunomodulator proteflasidum and combined medication of Ca 27 with vit D and microelements of calciminum-advance was used. 6156
