Essay

The thesis is devoted to the experimental investigation of detection and generation of microwave oscillations by array of high-temperature superconducting Josephson junctions. A new electrodynamic excitation system of the surface wave resonator has been designed. The topology for embedding linear Josephson junction arrays in the resonator has been developed. An effect of microwave detection by linear Josephson junctions array was experimentally investigated. Microwave radiation of 0,1 mkW for linear array with the 450 synchronized Josephson junctions has been measured.
