Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of clinical manifestation, diagnostics and treatment of spinal hemodinamics disorders. The work is based on the analysis of 97 patients with spinal hemodinamics disorders under observation . Among them 61 patient had spinal hemodinamic malformations, 28 - acute disorder of spinal blood circulation, 8 - slowly progressing disorder of spinal blood circulation (spinal myelopathy). The application of diagnostic algorithm, on the basis of modern methods allowed to us to improve the diagnostics of the pathology of spinal blood circulation. On the basis of the investigation of the pathogenic mechanisms of spinal vascular pathology the principles of treatment of patients with this pathology were developed which resulted in the patients' improved condition and significant regress of neurological symptoms in 72% of the patients.
