Zagorodnyuk O. Videoendoskopic operations in treatment of hiatal hernias of a diaphragm

Object - patients with a hiatal hernia of a diaphragm; the purpose - to raise{increase} efficiency of surgical treatment by use videoendoscopic interventions with use of synthetic materials; methods - clynical-laboratory, radiological and endoscopyc, statistical; theoretical results - a scientific substantiation of a new methodological direction of use videoendoscopic operations at hiatal hernias of a diaphragm with use of synthetic materials; practical results - are developed techniques videoendoscopic operations which allow to lower frequency of conversion laparoscopic operations, to reduce terms of stay of patients in a hospital, the original method plastics which allows to avoid relapses of a hernia is developed and does not cause functional dysphagia; novelty - for the first time is developed the concept videoendoscopic operations at hiatal hernias of a diaphragm which consists in use of synthetic artificial limbs by the developed technique; it is introduced in practice of surgical departmens of Odessa regional hospital and program of training of the doctors-koursants in Odessa State Medical University; the field is medicine.
