Velichko V. Laparoscopic methods of the surgical treatment of the diseases of large intestine

The object is patients with surgical of the diseases of large intestine; the aim of research is to raise efficiency of surgical treatment of the diseases of large intestine by development hand assisted laparoscopic operations with use of new technical devices; the methods are clinical and laboratory ones, proctological survey, phybrocolonoscopy, morphological and statistical techniques; the theoretical results - a scientific substantiation of a new methodological direction laparoscopic operations on large intestine - hand assisted resections of large intestine with use of the original pneumatic systems; practical results - pneumatic system "Shluz LM-1" for hand assistance of laparoscopic operations is developed, techniques of hand assisted resections are developed, number of days spent by the patient in the hospital has been reduced; novelty - for the first time is developed a such concept laparoscopic interventions on large intestine which is based on application hand assistance by means of a pneumatic system "Shluz LM-1" in technically complex situations when use of standard techniques inefficiently; it is introduced in practice of surgical departmens of Odessa regional hospital and program of training of the doctors-interns in Odessa State Medical University; the field is surgery
