On the basis of study of features of defeat of mucous membrane, descriptions of the gastrointestinal bleeding and main parameters of homoeostasis at bleeding erosions and acute ulcers of gastric and duodenum depending on a causal factor, clinical classification, diagnostic and medical algorithm, are created. The method of endoscopic hatmostasis is developed with the use of ozon-oxygen mixture. The necessity of influence is well-proven on the causal disease. Introduction of the developed complex of measures allowed to improve diagnostics and reduce the terms of cicatrisation of mucous membrane.
