Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of prognostication and prophylaxis of purulent-septic complications in gynecological laparoscopy for optimization of results of operations. Application of the developed method of prognostication and method of prophylaxis of postoperative purulent-septic complications to promotes in the decrease of general frequency of inflammatory complications in 1,79 times, at "clean" laparoscopy interventions - in 2,14 time, at "conditionally clean" operations - in 1,5 times, and at the "infected" operative interventions - in 1,25 time, thus mainly for the account of complications of middle weight and heavy.
