Legeza D. Horticulture Production Efficiency in South Steppe of Ukraine

Research object: the economic conditions and formation mechanism of horticulture production efficiency in South Steppe of Ukraine. The deep research are based on farm materials of Zaporizhskaya oblast. The aim of research: Scientific ground directions of horticulture efficiency increasing in South Steppe conditions. Methods: the dialectic method of perception and the system approach, methods of synthesis and analysis; induction, analogue approach, comparative, method of grouping, questionnaire survey, balance method of planning, programme method, rate method, simulation method. Theoretical and practical results: propositions of directions and characteristics determining of rate formation of horticulture production, to provide for extended reproduction, are worked up. E-commerce distribution system is introduced. The main states of horticulture development, and proposition of horticulture quality and efficiency increasing are grounded. Scientific novelty: Qulity horiculture rate model is proposed in thefirst time. E-commerce distribution horticulture directions and cost rates of e-trade creation are grounded in the first time. Methodic of region specialization grounding and forecast horticulture production is got subsequent development. Methodic of production efficiency rate according with profit norm is got subsequement development. Methodic of efficiency production research according with region location and population horticulture consumption level, and custom ability ingreasing is got subsequement development. The land getting order to land owners are improved. Complex economic mark of progressive horticulture production technology are improved. Implementation degree: Propositions of horticulture production efficiency increasing are used in Agriculture and Provision Administration of Zaporoskaya oblast State Administration, and are improved in farm "Mayak" and research farm "Melitopolskoe" of Zaporozhskaya oblast. Efficiency: Usage of methodic of region specialization forecast and horticulture distribution system helps to increase of horticulture production efficiency, to favored nation of further horticultyre development.
