The main aim of this dissertation is to research civil-legal aspects of the protection and defense of the phonogram producers' rights. The basic parts of the dissertation include: description of the process of development of national legislation and international treaties, connected with the protection and defense of the phonogram producers' rights; detailed characteristics of phonogram as an object and phonogram's producer as a subject of related rights; phonogram producers' rights system and volume; civil contracts system in the sphere of phonograms' creation and using; methods of phonogram producers' rights civil-legal protection and defense; detailed characteristics of phonogram producers' rights infringes; system of phonogram producers' rights legal limitation; Internet development and phonogram producers' rights defense and protection. Dissertation also contains concrete recommendation concerning improvement of national legislation and on practical aspects of the topic."
