One of the central problems of modern world culture creation process is the article of scientific research: becoming, on the basis of intercultural intercourse of peoples, world, common to all mankind, cultures. In dissertation the basic are analysis, presented in world and domestic literature, points of view through this question : 1) radically-global, in accordance with which national associations, gradually drawn together, as a result form single, global, association with a single (common to all mankind) culture; 2) moderately global, the supporters of which suppose that a similar rapprochement will take place on a background straightly opposite motion ; 3) antiglobally in obedience to which the globalization only will strengthen distinctions between cultures and can set at variance between peoples.The author of dissertation adheres to the opinion, that indicated process forming of world culture (common to all mankind) already takes place. It is grounded on material of positive mach ages-old cooperation of cultures of the East ( India, China, Japan and etc.) and the West (Europe, and also partly the USA). In this communication in dissertation is watched basic channels, ways and methods of interpenetrative of these cultures during the last two millenniums their influential on each other, interaction and rapprochement. It is shown that a deciding of communication role in this process, along with marine and other land ways, belongs to the so-called "Great Silk way"; in dissertation the reconstruction of chronology of basic social-cultural events in this process is presented. It is proved as a result of research, that on the basis of modern tendencies of world process of globalization taking into account social -cultural and ethno-nationality features, and also co-operations of cultures, there is not only inter-richen but also inter-intimate between cultures, that can at the known terms in an far future perspective as an result to leads at the becoming of global (common to all mankind) culture.
