Essay

Development of scientific and technical grounds for the improved technology of wiredrawing after the mechanical removal of scale in rotating die. The analysis of the existent state of theory and practice of wiredrawing was performed in rotating die. Power conditions of deformation of metal in rotating die are established anisotropy of contact friction was taken into account. The characteristics of anisotropy friction during deformation of metal in rotating die and optimal conditions of exploitation of rotating die were established. The perfected technology of wiredrawing of low carbon steel wire in rotating die was developed and used in mass manufacturing. The area of applicability of this technology is wiredrawing.
