Mandrazhi Z. Improving of economic efficiency of volatile oil production in Autonomous Republic of Crimea

Research object - complex of organizationally-economic, theoretical and methodological bases of increase of economic efficiency of production. Research aim - development scientifically - the grounded recommendations directed on the increase of economic efficiency of volatile oil production in the conditions of reformation of agrarian sector of economy. Research method - abstractly-logical, monographic, economic-statistical, expert, graphic, cross-correlation is regressive. Theoretical and practical results - the results of research of dissertation work are a scientific deposit which complements and develops existent теоретико-methodical and applied positions on the increase of efficiency of volatile oil production; substantive provisions and suggestions of dissertation research, taken to the level of methodical and practical developments, which present a value, is characterized by the high degree of readiness to introduction. Realization of the suggestions formulated in dissertation in relation to thesystem of indexes of estimation of efficiency of volatile oil production, method of money estimation of earth busy by volatile oil cultures, method of calculation of production and export potentials of volatile oil industry, and also the complex of strategies of output of volatile oil enterprises is developed from a crisis and suggestion in relation to introduction of new varieties of volatile-oil-bearing plants and smoothing out of seasonal factor of work of enterprises will be instrumental in the increase of efficiency of production of essential oil in a region. Novelty inculcate - methodical approaches are first taken to the estimation of efficiency of production of volatile oil goods on the basis of theory of the combined agricultural capital; the method of complex estimation of the state of production of volatile oil goods got further development in modern terms; the method of money estimation of earth busy by volatile oil cultures is developed; the method of calculation of production and export potentials got further development; strategy of development of volatile oil enterprises is developed on the basis of theory of life cycle of enterprises; the ways of increase of economic efficiency of volatile oil production are grounded on the basis of introduction of new varieties of volatile-oil-bearing plants; methodical approaches of perfection of mechanism of economic relations got further development in industry in relation to the lease of earth and mortgage crediting. Essence of introduction - substantive provisions and conclusions of dissertation research in relation to the increase of economic efficiency of volatile oil production are accepted by Ministry of AІС of Crimea (certificate №24/199 from 05.05.2004р.), inculcated in ОС Combine the "Crimea rose" (certificate №16-12 № 16.11.2004р.) and is used in an educational process at the study of disciplines of "Placing of productions forces", "Economic analysis" and "Economy of enterprise" in the Crimea state engineer-pedagogical university (certificate of №06.1-08/595 from 13.05.2004р.).
