Ghaliahmetov I. Civil rights of enterprise as object.

Dissertation devote to complex research of «enterprise» conception as an object of civil rights in accordance to Ukrainian legislation currently in force. Researching in this work: «enterprise» beginning and evolution conception preconditions, it law's nature, signs and characteristic features, elements (composition) of property complex of enterprise, their determination, conceptual construction «indivisible complex of property» and «integrity complex of property», their law's comparative characteristic; ways of acquisition rights of property and other indivisible rights on enterprise as indivisible complex; enterprise mortgage as indivisible complex features; contracts as foundations of realization of civil rights on enterprise which stipulated by Civil code of Ukraine.
