Gulyak Y. A Lease Under the civil code of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the concept and main features of the Lease under the Civil Code of Ukraine in comparison with the solving of the same issues in special rules of the Housing Legislation of Ukraine and initiation along with that some special requirements which should be eligible to the Leases, concluded according to the rules of Chapter 59 (The Civil Code of Ukraine). The author investigates the issues of civil and legal contract as the theoretical basis for the determination of the peculiarities of regulation as to the housing brought into civil use. The common principals of the appropriate execution of the lease , the peculiarities of the requirements of the appropriate execution of the lease, the determination of the concept and legal essence of the ways of the providing of its appropriate execution are under the fundamental analysis. The author formulates the proposals as to the improvement of the current legislation and coordination of the provisions of the current Civil Code of Ukraine and the Housing Law which is being renewed lately.
