Essay

Results of the analysis - used in manufacture, in educational process and research work. Branch - agriculture. Object-processes of drying of a grain by active aeration atmospheric and heated air . Purpose - Will consist in reduction of expenses of energy by finishing of a grain up to conditioned conditions on humidity by application of differential pulsing-periodic operating modes of installations of active aeration and drying of a grain atmospheric and heated air. Methods - physical, mathematical and experimental research. Novelty - Have got the further development mathematical models warmly and mass exchangein in layer of a grain and separate weevil which differ from known for the account of influence of properties of a grain and periodic character of interaction of a grain with air which use for leading heat and a conclusion of a moisture, that enables to find out and quantitatively to estimate influence of parameters and modes of process on power consumption. For the first time the received analytical dependences for definition of a rational exposition of the periods of the termination of processing of a grain by air (duration of deenergizing of ventilating installations) that provides decreasein specific expenses of energy, and on the basis of procedure of planning of experiments the certain rational parameters of modes which confirm theoretical development.
