Lasytchuk O. Diagnostic, treatment and obstetrical tactics in pregnancy complicated by a hydramnion

Pregnancy complicated by a hydramnion. The purpose of work was reduction of obstetrics and of perinatal complications at pregnant women with polyhydramnios. On the basis of results of clinical and laboratory, bacteriological and tool methods of researches of pregnant women with polyhydramnios has got the further development of scientific knowledge about etiology, diagnostics and features of clinical current of this pathology. It has been established that polyhydramnios accompanied by the activation of processes of lipid peroxidation, the depression of the antioxidant system of defense, infringement of microelement homeostasis of the system "mother-placenta-fetus". The biochemical structure of amniotic fluid, histo- and ultrastructure of afterbirth is investigated at hydramnion. It has been revealed that polyhydramnios it is accompanied by infringements of uteroplacental hemodynamics. Risk factors of occurrence of polyhydramnios are established, methods of complex treatment of pregnant, with use of preparations Rheosorbilact and New B-H-C which raise efficiency of medical actions and reduce quantity of obstetrics and of perinatal complications.
