Essay

Straitened water are the districts of swimming most difficult on the terms, and the problem of providing of safety of navigator in these districts stands especially sharply. Wide-spread presently high-fidelity locations ship by satellites RNS in the straitened districts can appear inapplicable, because exactly the loss of signal from satellites is possible in these districts. This circumstance defined the necessity of development of correlation method of observation of the ship based on sharing of information from the radiolocation station and electronic card. For the decision the problems set in work methods are applied: theories of operations, theory of chances, theory of search of effective estimations analysis, in particular maximum likelihood and the least squares, mathematical statistics, theory of numeral methods of decision of the systems of nonlinear equalizations methods, in particular method of simple iteration and method of Newton. For verification of correctness and efficiency of the got results the imitation design on a computer was conducted, which confirmed high exactness of the offered correlation method of observations and efficiency of his use at swimming of courts in narrow waters.
