Dissertation is devoted to actual problems of criminalistic ensuring of felonious activity investigation in an orb of violation copyright and adjoining rights; to construction of standard models of felonious activity and determination of directions of its practical application; to study and illumination of foreign experience of struggle with violations copyright and adjoining rights; to determination and systematization of circumstances, which are subject to proving, recovering of features of lodging of criminal case; to determination of typical investigatory situations and versions of a first stage of investigation; to elaboration of the investigation criminalistic program; to determination of features of tactics of separate investigatory actions; to elaboration of tactical operations for optimization of investigation; to criminalistic research of objects analysis, which are guarded by the copyright.
