Essay

The object is process of innovative development of the industrial enterprise; the aims to development, a scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodical positions on formation of strategy of innovative activity of the industrial enterprise on the basis of system model of innovative development; the methods are system, situational analysis, statistical, expert estimations, a method of testing of the market, multivariate methods (factorial and clusterial analysis); the new approach lies in developed system model of innovative development of the industrial enterprise, constructed on the basis of diagnosing two criteria: potential opportunities of introduction of innovative processes at the enterprise and competitiveness of a commodity innovation; the main include economic model, methodical recommendations on management of innovative development of the enterprise; the field is economic activities of the enterprise, the government innovative activity, educational process of higher educational institutions.
