Object of research: the process of state regulation of economic development of the region. Purpose: theoretical basis of public administration mechanisms of economic processes on regional level. Methods: complex structural-functional analysis, statistic-economic, induction. Results: development of conceptional basis and improvement mechanism of regional administration system of economic processes. Novelty: theoretical-methodological basis of formation and realization of state economic policy in the region. It is implemented in practice by executive committee of Kharkov City. Areas of use: public administration, regional management, training and retraining of public servants.
