Sobran V. Intensification of selection potato process using specific conditions of (Ukrainian) Carpathians

The results of research work, which prove the expediency work of separate stages of selection process in Carpathian conditions are presented. First of all it concerns the in-crease of hybridization findings. There is the possibility to get berries and crop from all combinations of backcrossing interspecific hybrids (only 87,5% were successful in the wooded district), increase of crop in enumeration of 1,48 for one bud (at a height of 650 m), and 1,38 during the crossing at the height of 1330m. Analogical concerns hybridiza-tion findings up to schemes selection.Nine backcrossings of complex interspecific hybrids are presented, which have not signs of phytofluorine damage. About considerably- genetical potential of interspecific hybrids, which are stable against disease indicates high meanly-populational number of material resistancy from their testcrossing ( higher than in better Воловецька variety- standard - 6.3 numbers) and particle of highly-stable generations (7-9 numbers), which makes 87,8%. Considerably- valuable selection of interspecific hybrids for main agricul-turally - valuable signs is established. Highly - adaptive potential of single hybrids of competitively - ecological trial for agronomical characteristics is determined. The best of them are varieties, which in-cluded to Ukraine List of plant varieties ( Поляна, Мелодія, Червона рута ) or recog-nized by perspectives of( Zagadka ). They are recommended for wide productive use.
